Objective:
Join us as we build on material from last year’s “An Introduction to Quality Veteran Programs for Hospice Providers” . This presentation will take a more in-depth look at the We Honor Veterans Program by focusing on level 3 and 4 while also touching on recruit, level 1 and 2. Our goal is to educate and excite while also hearing success stories from our audience. Mike Thorsten, a representation from the St. Louis area VA system will be present to explore the perspective of the VA as well as answer questions. If you have any questions ahead of time, please email Crystal Ramsey by May 31st so that we are sure to cover them within the presentation at crystal@missourihospice.org.
