Director of Clinical Operations Consulting at Simione Healthcare Consultants

Julia has been a nursing leader with over 30 years of total nursing experience including 25 years of progressive hospice and home care nursing management experience with 10 years of home care and hospice executive management.  Experienced home care and hospice leader with substantive experience in overall operations including change leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance and legislative advocacy.  Has led home care and hospice agency achievements for national recognition for cost and quality.  Has a record of pristine Joint Commission and CHAP Survey preparedness and results, as well as for Medicare & State program surveys.  Has a passion for quality improvement, and skills in operationalizing regulatory requirements.

Leadership Development Training Brochure
