Outcomes:
This seminar will provide knowledge to all hospice disciplines about communicating with children and their families about death at the end of life.  It will also teach participants the different considerations to help children and their families cope with death and relieve their suffering when death is near.  Dr. Joan Rosenbaum and Deanna Sanvi will share different cases dealing with these matters.

The cost for this seminar is $135.00 for members & $175.00 for non-members.
Late fee of $25 after February 24th, 2017.
There are no refunds, however substitutions are welcome.
Each participant must sign in and fill out an evaluation form to receive CE hours.
