Event Description
We are inviting approximately 40 doctors and nurse practitioners from across the state to a half-day seminar on Friday, June 16th from 12:30-4:30 pm to discuss advancing palliative care in Missouri.  Jay Riseman, Paul Tatum, Jane Moore, and Patrick White will help facilitate an interactive discussion where we have the opportunity to share our latest innovative projects from across the state and examine ways we can more effectively collaborate to advance our field.   We will discuss new leadership and recognition opportunities for our palliative care and hospice clinicians and create a network of leaders to support our clinicians and patients.

The cost for the event including 3 hours of CME credit and lunch provided by Madison’s Cafe is $59 with early registration and $99 after 5/1/17 with space limited to the first 30 participants.  Please register before June 10th, 2017. The meeting will be held in Jefferson City at the Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care office.   We hope to see you during this first of a kind event and look forward to working together!
