2022 Heart of Hospice Awards Event – Zoom Virtual Platform

All registered hospices will receive a Zoom Link on Monday, May 2nd to watch the prerecorded 2022 Heart of Hospice Awards.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, MHPCA will be prerecording the 2022 Heart of Hospice Awards. This recording will still honor the award winners and feature our keynote speaker. This link will be sent out on May 2nd and you can gather with your coworkers and staff at your own convenience. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we are hoping to gather in person for the 2023 Heart of Hospice Awards! We ask that you do register for the awards in advance with your number attending, so we can send our your gifts from MHPCA!

Featuring a special address from Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson currently serves as the chaplain and bereavement coordinator for Phelps Health Hospice in Rolla. In addition, he also serves as the Pastor of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Dent County near Salem. After many years as a full-time pastor, he began working in hospice in June 2016. He was born in West Virginia, grew up in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Southwestern Baptist Seminary and Southern Baptist Seminary. He and his wife Ally share their Rolla home with 16 year old son Christopher and their chihuahua/beagle mix Tango and 3 cats. Older son Jonathan lives and works in Virginia following a tour in the United States Marine Corps.
