“Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services Bureau of Home Care and Hospice Update” (Panel Discussion)

The DHSS Bureau of Home Care and Hospice will review the top five deficiencies over the past year.  Examples and case studies will be used to engage the learner on how the noncompliance of these COP’s take place in hospices. Review of hospice practices to determine compliance. Review trends from the 2018 statistical report. Review other areas of concern such as plan of correction. Give updates into regulatory changes from CMS.

Early registration ends September 16, 2019.  There is a $25.00 late fee assessed after Sept. 16,  2019.  Registration closes October 4, 2019.

This Pre-conference is NOT the conference registration. Conference  registration has a separate registration form.

If you do not register for the conference, there will be a $10.00 additional charge for CE hours if you wish to receive them.

Educational material will be placed on the website prior to the seminar for download.

This course provides 3.0 Nursing Contact Hours and Social Work Contact Hours.

Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association maintains responsibility for the program.  ASWB Approval Period: 2/28/2017 – 2/28/2020.   Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.

Social workers participating in this conference will receive up to 3 pre-conference continuing education clock hours.
