“Evolving to Care for A Growing Population with Serious Illness: Palliative Care 2.0 in the U.S.” by Dr. Arif Kamal
Participants will be able to describe the current limitations of the specialty palliative care approach, including challenges with staffing models, clinical practices, and reimbursement mechanisms. Each will be able to brainstorm solutions to current challenges using one of several strategy frameworks. In addition, attendees will follow the reviewing of existing palliative care delivery mechanisms as well as internal and external threats to specialty palliative care, including workforce shortages and burnout.

If you do not register for the conference, there will be a $10.00 additional charge for CE hours if you wish to receive them.
