“Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services Update” will discuss what the top deficiencies are in hospice in the last year and the trends the surveyors are seeing.

Members  –  Please use your Federal Medicare Number when registering.  All registration will be done online.

Registrations are not refundable but substitutions are welcome.

Early registration ends September 16th, 2017.  There is a $25.00 late fee assessed after Oct. 14th,  2017.  Registration closes Oct. 14th, 2017.

This Pre-conference is NOT the conference registration. Conference  registration has a separate registration form.

If you do not register for the conference, there will be a $10.00 additional charge for CE hours if you wish to receive them.

Educational material will be placed on the website prior to the seminar for download.

This course provides 3.0 Nursing Contact Hours and Social Work Contact Hours.

Missouri Hospice & Palliative Care Association is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association, #1359, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association maintains responsibility for the program.  ASWB Approval Period: 2/28/2017 – 2/28/2020.   Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.

Social workers participating in this conference will receive up to 12 (3 pre-conference; 9 conference) continuing education clock hours.
