  2. The 10 difficult workplace personalities
  3. Strategies and Tips for effective communications
The “Five Minute Personality Test” will be sent to registrants prior to the webinar to determine their personality type and results will be discussed during the webinar

 

Laura Beaver, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 16 years of experience in the field. She is the owner of Courage Community Counseling in Flower Mound, Texas, where she specializes in trauma therapy with adolescents and adults. Laura is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, and she is passionate about integrating these approaches to support deep and lasting healing. In addition to her clinical practice, she provides consultation groups, supervision, and professional trainings for social workers and mental health professionals across the country. Laura is also deeply involved in social work education, having served as a Program Director, Field Director and professor in over 8 years of full-time higher education.
